Martlets Split Home Meet

The Martlets faced Wilbraham and Monson as well as Ethel Walker this past Saturday and had a great day of racing. Led by Hayden Schneider ’25  (500 free), Cameron Perillo ’28 (50 Free) and Jen Weber (100 Breaststroke) all with lifetime best swims.
The lady Martlets led off with a win in the 200 Medley Relay with the team of Ellie Pearman ’25, Hayden Schneider ’25, Jen Weber ’26 and Jasmine Fu ’27. Hayden Schneider ’25 won second place in the 200 free with Jasmine Fu ’27 taking fourth and Ellie Mallett ’28 taking fifth. Jen Weber ’26 won second place in the 200 IM. Cameron Perillo ’28 took third place in the 50 free and made her first NEPSAC qualification time. Ellie Pearman ’25 swam to a third place finish in the 100 fly. Ellie Mallett ’28, Cameron Perillo ’28 and Claire Hansell ’28 won fourth, fifth and seventh place in the 100 free. Hayden Schneider ’25 won the 500 free and Caroline Hebbeler ’27 took fifth place. The 20 free relay of Claire Hansell ’28, Cameron Perillo ’28, Caroline Hebbeler ’27 and Ellie Mallett ’28 placed third. Ellie Pearman ’25 won the 100 back. Jen Weber ’26 won the 100 breaststroke with Jasmine Fu coming in fourth. The meet wrapped up with the 400 free relay team of Ellie Pearman ’25, Jen Weber ’26, Jasmine Fu ’27 and Hayden Schneider ’25 winning first place.
